Gods Blessings
The beauty of the morning
The sunshine of the day
The happiness you always show
To friends along the way.
The darkness of the evening
The brightness of the moon
Gives a glow of beauty
To a world that's full of gloom.
The earth and all it's glory
Just never comes to mind
God gave us all this beauty
It is only one of a kind.
He gave us a perfect universe
To love and to enjoy
He never expected His creations
To expel hate and destroy.
The thing that's so disturbing
We've wiped Him from our mind
Forgot just what He did for us
And why He was so kind.
I know that He is very sad
That His children is full of greed
He gave us all our lives you know
He sowed the very first seed.
Think about it just a bit
Get on your knees and pray
The world will become a better place
For all of us someday.
So wake up every morning
Be cheerful and full of love
And try to repair God's beautiful work
As He watches from above.
