There are times when life is like the listing of a ship
As if the sun has drawn a shade enclosed us in a crypt
A strong faith is important to function every day
When we help each other, it lightens our weary way
Searching for special friendship as we often do
Can raise that shade higher and let the sun shine through
So when you feel despondent, sorrowful and sad
Help received from others is the best gift we ever had.
