HOW TO SAY I LOVE YOU
I could have said it with flowers,
Maybe a rose.
A bottle of wine I might have chose.
A gourmet dinner, a night on the town
A chocolate heart or a singing clown.
But what I have to say must come from the heart.
An act of kindness or hope for a new start.
The words I choose are one more than two.
It just so happens they are
I LOVE YOU!
