Love is like a beautiful rose
It needs time and space to grow
It needs proper nourishment
And a gentle touch.
It starts out as a tiny seed
And grows through time.
You need to treasure
Every bloom that appears.
Each bloom symbolizes
A special event.
Happiness . . . Joy
Laughter . . . and even tears.
These events are what your
Love will become.
And just as the roots
Of the rose grow stronger
So does your love -
Forming a stronger bond
With each passing year.
Love is a stable force.
Love is a need and a blessing.
