~*~EASTER BUNNY~* Hey Mr. Bunny time to wake up! Easter is almost here, Time to get busy filling all those baskets For little children waiting for Easter cheer. Mr. Bunny begins to yawn and stir about and say You expect me to do all that? Every boy and girl in the world? That is a lot of work for just one day! Yes, Mr. Bunny, ya better hop to it Each boy and girl expects you to do it And come by before the crack of dawn To each and every home. Fill baskets full of colored eggs and candy, too As well as peeps and soft chocolate to chew. A stuffed toy would be nice To cuddle and hold real tight. I have my bonnet and pretty dress with brand new shoes Making me very pretty and sweet For the Easter parade I choose As Easter Morning I greet. Mr. Bunny I wish for many eggs colored In beautiful shades and hues Of yellow, pink, purple and blues Hidden for me to find and prize eggs, too.
