~*~Snow Covered Chapel~*~


The snow covered chapel rests peacefully
Waiting for those coming to worship and pray.
The Child of God was born on Christmas Day
Sent to bring hope to the lost
That they could have salvation at no cost
Except the blood shed on the cross so freely.

Why do they forget this special day
And not come to the chapel waiting there
Giving them a special place to pray
And sing carols by the hour
Praising the Heavenly Father and His power
Shown by the wonderful gift of love for people everywhere.

The spirit of peace rests on the chapel covered in snow
Waiting to enter the hearts of those who go
To the altar prepared to kneel
And ask forgiveness for the guilt they feel
At forsaking the blessed Savior so kind
Who came to earth with love for all mankind.

The snow covered chapel welcomes you
To pay tribute to the Prince of Peace
Born on Christmas Day.
Come by and open the chapel door.
Take a moment and come inside
And receive His love in your heart to reside
Giving you peace forever more.
