So It's Christmas

Christmas is such a jolly busy season
A friendly festive time of year,
Shoppers are scurrying to and fro
Preparing for Christmas, It's that time of year.

Tiny tots are window shopping, peeking at
Toys they hope Santa will bring,
And I listen to the Street Carolers
And the Christmas songs they sing.

The homes on the streets are all lit up,
Decorated with lights everywhere,
They radiate the holiday spirit
You can feel it in the air.

It's a merry memory filled
Enchanting time of year,
Each holiday has a purpose,
Christmas is for spreading cheer.
