~*~Thanksgiving Wish~*~
We gather
together and ask the Lord's blessing
On us,
one and all,
For love and
understanding
And thanksgiving for blessings
we recall.
We feast on turkey and all the
trimmings
As we gather around the
table
And share love from hearts
overbriming
Never forgetting provisions our
Lord made available.
We
take the wishbone in hand
And make a wish
that we never forget
To be grateful to God
above
Who blesses everyday with abundant
love.
Our wish is that we do our part
To
share with those who have need
And the Word
of God we feed
To their hungry soul and to
their starving heart.
